Here’s a promising practice dubbed the “Parks Prescription”. Doctors are prescibing a “walk in the park” as a prescription for good health!

This prescription form is a great idea for encouraging and assisting doctors in prescribing physical activity for their patients. It includes information on the recommended level of effort, duration and frequency.
